RETURNS POLICY
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return the product to us and we will either repair / replace it or credit your account, subject to the terms below. This policy applies to products bought from Delponte Promotions.

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will credit you for the purchase with proof of damages.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

- Unwanted Products
You can return an unwanted product to us, provided that:
- it is undamaged and unused, with the original labels and stickers still attached;
- it is in the original packaging, which must be undamaged and in its original condition with all seals still intact (if applicable). Please refer to our FAQs for some examples;
- it is not missing any accessories or parts;
- it is not listed in section 2 - Products not eligible for return; and
- you log a return on the Website within 10 days (or 5 days for products marked “Clearance”) of delivery to you or collection by you of the unwanted product. After 10 days (or 5 days for products marked “Clearance”), you can only return a product if it is defective within 3 months from delivery to or collection by you.
You must return the correct item. Please contact us immediately if you have returned the wrong item because we dispose of incorrect returns. We cannot guarantee that we will find your item and unfortunately, we will not pay for lost items. If we find it, you will have to collect it.
Our courier is entitled to refuse collection of a product that is not properly packaged for transport. Once we have inspected the product and validated your return, we will credit your account with the purchase price of the product within 8 days of the return (or refund you if that is your preference). Please bear in mind that refunds can take 5 - 10 working days to reflect in your account. We are entitled to refuse a return if the unwanted product is returned damaged, not in a re-saleable condition or missing any accessories.
In the event that your return is rejected, the item will be returned to you. If we are unable to deliver the item within 30 days of the rejection, for example, due to unavailability or refusal of delivery, the item will be deemed abandoned and we may dispose of it accordingly.
Not what you ordered?
If we accidentally deliver the wrong product to you or if the product is not as described on the Website or if it is missing any accessories, please notify us and we will collect the ‘not what you ordered’ product from you. Once we have inspected the product and validated your return, we will, at your choice, deliver the correct product to you as soon as possible (if the correct product is available); or credit your account with the purchase price of the product within 8 days of the return (or refund you if that is your preference).
